It didn't start in a boardroom. It started with a cup of chai, two friends, and one question that refused to go away — "Yaar… taste pehle jaisa kyun nahi raha?" That single conversation became everything.
How it began
The right turn wasn't the easy one
Life gave us two options. A safe job with a fixed salary — or no guarantees, no steady income, and plenty of "Beta, are you sure?" We took the risk. Not because we were fearless, but because staying comfortable felt scarier than the unknown. That slightly questionable life decision became Gourmet Mingle.
The problem we saw
India's spices had lost their soul
We studied the market before we leapt. What we found shocked us — the land of spices, flooded with artificial colours, adulteration, and mass production without heart. Somewhere in the race for scale, authenticity got left behind. That gap felt less like an opportunity, and more like a responsibility.
