  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Express Shipping (if available): Delivery within 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch. (Please note that express shipping availability and charges will be displayed at checkout).
     

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly advertised on our website.

Please provide us with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged items/packaging. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue.

Hiransh Private Limited will not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Any re-shipping costs due to an incorrect address will be borne by the customer.
