Eligibility for Refunds:

Due to the perishable nature of many of our gourmet products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been opened, consumed, or are not in their original condition.

However, if you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during transit: Please notify us immediately upon delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.

• Incorrect item: If you received a product different from what you ordered.

• Significantly spoiled or defective: In rare cases where a product is clearly unfit for consumption upon arrival.
